SWC Asbestos Settlement Trust
The SWC Asbestos Personal Injury Trust was organized to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury claims that relate solely to three former divisions of SWC LP f/k/a Connell LP: (1) Yuba Heat Transfer Corporation (“Yuba”); (2) Danly Machine Corporation (“Danly”); and (3) Wabash Alloys, LLC (“Wabash”). The purpose of the Trust is to provide fair, equitable and substantially similar treatment for all personal injury Trust claims that may presently exist or may arise in the future in substantially the same manner.
